Lennart Poettering cbf9a1c888 homed: add concept for "adopting" an existing homedir locally
Currently homed scans /home/ via inotify for new .home + .homedir/
popping up to register as local users. Let's also add an explicit way to
request this form of "adoption": a bus call that takes a path and that
makes a home dir activatable locally.

(Usecase: you cross boot between two systems – let's say your traditional
fedora and your ParticleOS – and want to use the same homedir from both:
simply mount the /home dir from the other somewhere, and then hit
"homectl adopt /somewhere/lennart.home" and you have the user locally
too).

Adrian Vovk 793ceda177 user-record: Add preferredSession{Type,Launcher}
These will be used by display managers to pre-select the user's
preferred desktop environment and display server type. On homed, the
display manager will also be able to set these fields to cache the
user's last selection.

Adrian Vovk 25c89b8977 homectl: Add flags to edit blob directories
This makes it possible to edit blob directories using homectl. The
following syntax is available:

* `--blob-directory=/path/somewhere`: Replaces the entire blob directory
with the contents of /path/somewhere

* `--blob-directory=foobar=/path/somewhere`: Replaces just the file
foobar in the blob directory with the contents of /path/somewhere

* `--blob-directory=foobar=`: Deletes the file foobar from the blob
directory

* `--blob-directory=`: Resets all previous flags

* `--avatar=`, etc: Shortcuts for `--blob-directory=FILENAME=` for the
known files in the blob directory

Adrian Vovk 49e55abb7f user-record: Add languages field
This field is like preferredLanguage, but takes a priority list of
languages instead. If an app isn't translated into a user's primary
language, it can fall back to one of the other languages in the list
thus making the app more accessible to the user.

For instance: in my experience, many Ukrainians are fluent in Russian,
often significantly better than English (especially if they are of a
generation that grew up during the USSR). Such a person might set this
new variable to ["uk_UA.UTF-8", "ru_UA.UTF-8"] so that software that
lacks Ukrainian translations will first try Russian translations before
defaulting to English.

Lennart Poettering caf6bd166f homed: default to "btrfs" as fs type in the LUKS backend
Apparently both Fedora and suse default to btrfs now, it should hence be
good enough for us too.

This enables a bunch of really nice things for us, most importanly we
can resize home directories freely (i.e. both grow *and* shrink) while
online. It also allows us to add nice subvolume based home directory
snapshotting later on.

Also, whenever we mention the three supported types, alaways mention
them in alphabetical order, which is also our new order of preference.
