Hristo Venev 9fefb9e3cd Do not set net.ipv4.conf.default.* 
It is redundant because in these cases the values in
`net.ipv4.conf.all.*` take precedence. Also, setting the `default` does
nothing for devices that already exist.

Freeing a link removes it both from addresses and addresses_foreign,
causing SIGSEGV if one of the sets is freed.

On Oct 25 2015 in EET/EEST there is a UTC+3->UTC+2 transition. This
means that the representation of "today UTC" as local time is ambiguous.
