Frantisek Sumsal 56d2162bff po: resynchronize translations on Weblate 
Weblate got itself into a conflict and while resolving it it forced a
resynchronization of all translations, which in combination with a new
version of Weblate triggered a lot of rather pointless
multiline-to-singleline (and vice versa) changes. Let's squash all this
noise into a single commit to make both Weblate and us happy.

Luca Boccassi 077a10c062 Update po files 
These are all newline breaks, but some meson tool changed at some
point that causes all of these changes to happen, and they have
started to appear when Weblate sends translations update, making
them very hard to review as they are mostly adding these breaks.
Update all files once and for all so that new translations PRs are
easier to review.

Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek 38b38500c6 tree-wide: use "hostname" spelling everywhere 
It's not that I think that "hostname" is vastly superior to "host name". Quite
the opposite — the difference is small, and in some context the two-word version
does fit better. But in the tree, there are ~200 occurrences of the first, and
>1600 of the other, and consistent spelling is more important than any particular
spelling choice.

Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek 09460a234b tree-wide: replace "asked to inhibit it" with "is inhibiting this" 
The problem with the original form is that the subject of the sentence with
passive void is "the system", and we're not inhibiting the system. In English
the sense can be made out, but the form is gramatically incorrect.
In fact, the Polish translation got this wrong:
> msgid "Power off the system while an application is inhibiting this"
> msgstr "Wyłączenie systemu, kiedy program zażądał jego wstrzymania"
"jego" can only refer to "the system", because of gender mismatch with "power
off". If our translators cannot grok the message, then we should probably reword
it.

Also, drop the "asked to" part. Everything we do is over IPC, so we only ever
"ask" for things, and this adds no value.
