When a request to set a new eps bearer settings is received, ignore the
profile-name when comparing the previous configuration with the new one,
since the modem's profile might already have a name that won't match the
settings provided by the user. Profile names are used in QMI modems.
If the profile name does not match the existing one, the modem will
detach and reattach to the network.
MBIM and QMI fallback to CHAP when a username or password is present
but no authentication type was provided. Consider CHAP==UNKNOWN when
using loose comparison.
In some modems, the modem's radio can be ON when no SIM card is present.
In this case, the modem is in failed state, and the host cannot set the
power state to LOW. Since we we will allow the host to set the power to
LOW, we should allow it to set it back to ON.
Currently, we are not increasing the reference counter of the QrtrNode
when creating a PortQmi for a QRTR port, and we are clearing the object
when disposing the port.
Print a debug message when the user provides initial eps bearer settings
that match the ones being used. This will save time to whomever is
experimenting with initial eps bearer settings.
If multiple kernel device types inherit from MMKernerDevice, and those
are compared against each other, the current logic returns TRUE if the
G_OBJECT_TYPE of one of them is smaller than the other. This function is
checking for equality, so returning FALSE is enough.
