Yu Watanabe 8dcc66cefc uid-range: tie up number and array of uid range entries ...

This renames UidRange -> UidRangeEntry, and reintroduces UidRange which
contains the array of UidRangeEntry and its size.
No fucntional changes, just refactoring.
