Thomas Hindoe Paaboel Andersen 2eec67acbb remove unused includes 
This patch removes includes that are not used. The removals were found with
include-what-you-use which checks if any of the symbols from a header is
in use.

Didier Roche 3fb394369c machine-id-commit: Introduce machine-id-commit binary 
This binary enables to commit transient machine-id on disk if it becomes
writable.
