Subject: [PATCH] man/custom-html: support dark mode

Use the browser's default style and opt in for dark mode.

Has the bonus of removing some
[deprecated attributes](https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/body#deprecated_attributes).
