Guido Günther 6244a1203e libfeedback: Indicate that the library is cross desktop 
The only non generic thing is that we pick up the sound
scheme from GNOME when available but we'd happily extend
that to other DEs.

Move the init functions to their own header so we don't clutter

Guido Günther 38b0fa8df5 build: Don't add lfb-enums.c to list of generated sources 
Otherwise when used as a subproject the master project will try
to rebuild with it's own set of flags. These lack
LIBFEEDBACK_COMPILATION which does not end well.
